What are the specifications for Artworks or digital files?

Signage and Marketing Products - For best results, if printing will be done in Full Color the Artwork must be created in CMYK at 300 DPI and saved in a PDF file. All fonts must be converted to outline before saving and all black text must be converted to 100% Black ink (K). A 3/16 inch minimum margin must be clear of text in all sides. In case of black and white printing use Grayscale. If your are going to print in Pantone Colors we need the artwork to be done in Spot Color separation and saved in a PDF file. If you do not follow these instructions we can not guarantee the quality or color matching in the printing process. If you need help creating your artwork send us an email and we will create it for an additional charge.

What is the difference between RGB, Pantone, and CMYK Colors?

RGB Colors are only used for digital display and are no recommended for printing. If you send your files in this format they need to be change to CMYK and color matching is not guarantee. CMYK Colors is achieved by combining the four colors ( Cyan-Magneta-Yellow-Black) in various ways to produce a large range of secondary colors. Pantone printing is color specific and are mixed. You must provide the pantone number with the artwork.

What kinds of fabrics are used for garments and what are the washing instructions?

On most Tees we use 100% cotton for all other items please see product details. They must be washed in cold water and on delicate circle.

What method of shipping you use?

For domestic shipping we mainly use USPS mail.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Most of our products are made to order and they will be ship within 3-7 business days. This does not include weekends or national holidays. Standard US delivery 3-7 business days. Please take into consideration that these are estimated shipping times and there are many reasons that packages can be delayed which are out of our control.

Can you tell me the shipping rate on my order?

Shipping within the Continental United States, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands is Free!

Do you accept returns?

Yes, on apparels you have 15 days from the date that you received your order to send products back to us for return. On Marketing and Signage item there is no returns once the artwork is approved by customer. The customer is fully responsible for supplied Artworks, Please view our Return Policy for more details.
